Tomatis® listening can be combined with your Feldenkrais® sessions (FIs) in a 20-week
Integrated Program:

You will get 14 Feldenkrais Functional Integration sessions (FIs) over the 20 week program.
You will do 3 two-week home listening Tomatis segments with a 4 week “active listening work” break between segments.
You will have 4 Tomatis listening evaluations over the course of the program:

Integrated Program Schedule
– 2 FIs over a period of 2 weeks before you start the Tomatis listening.
– 1 Tomatis Listening Evaluation with the second FI
– 2 weeks of 80 minutes Tomatis daily listening at home, with 3 weekly FIs.
– 4 weeks of “Active Listening Work”, with 1 FI.
– 1 Tomatis Listening Evaluation with the FI
– 2 weeks of 80 minutes Tomatis daily listening at home, with 3 weekly FIs.
– 4 weeks of “Active Listening Work”, with 1 FI.
– 1 Tomatis Listening Evaluation with the FI
– 2 weeks of 80 minutes Tomatis daily listening at home, with 3 weekly FIs.
– 1 FI 2 weeks after you finish the Tomatis listening.
– 1 Tomatis Listening Evaluation with the last FI
